What Causes Severe Pain In Throat Along With Dry Cough?
Question: hello, My wife 28yrs is having severe pain in her throat, dry coughing. Getting Breathless when coughing continuously. Pains in chest when coughing. pls advise medicine with dosage.

2. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
3. Chest X - Ray PA view.
I would advise that she should take an antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day along with paracetamol 500mg three times a day for relief. Fexofenadine is a prescription drug. Warm saline gargles and steam inhalation will also have beneficial effects. Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor and according to the reports of the above mentioned investigations.
