Brief Answer:
Please apply muscle relaxant and pain killer

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
ZERODOL-P (aceclofenac + paracetamol) is a non steroidal analgesic. You might have pulled a muscle or tendon in the thigh region. This is known as muscle spasm and the pain and discomfort intensifies after 24 hours and may persist for 3 days. You may please apply a combination of muscle relaxant and painkiller ointment. Such ointments are available as over the counter medications. RELAXYL ointment contains mephenesin 10 % w/w, capsicum oleoresin 0.05 % w/w, methyl nicotinate 1 % w/w and is one of the leading ones available in the market. This ointment is to be applied over the affected area 3 - 4 times in a day. You may feel a slight burning when applying it for the first time.

Please take adequate rest if your thigh hurts.

If you do not get relief even after applying ointment for 2 days then please consult your doctor immediately.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
