What Causes Severe Pain In The Waist Area?

I have a lowe abdomen discomfort in my waist area mainly on center. It distubs me too much. What may b the reason. No burning senstaion on urination all. Attachment is very old one of my bun. Not able to remove it.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached image. You need to apply Clobate GM (Clobetasol+gentamycin+miconazole) ointment topically thrice a day for next few days. Do not apply it for more than a week. If you still need, apply clotrimazole powder or ointment. If the problem persists it would be a good idea to visit a doctor.
