Brief Answer:
Hello. This could be a bursitis problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello. This may be a bursitis of your shoulder problem but it also could be a nerve root compression from a disk problem in your neck. For now, moist heat, topical capsaicin cream and oral ibuprofen can help but you should have your doctor check things out with MRI scans of your cervical spine and the shoulder
