Thank you for your answer. I know my vit. D level is ok, so I will pursue the Uric acid level. What should I not eat or drink in the meantime?

Uric acid is the metabolite of nucleoprotein. Avoid red meat, organ meat , fatty fish and alcohol now. Normal coffee can be drunk but avoid aerated, caffeinated beverages.
Painful urination can occur with urinary infection or crystalluria . It would be good to have your urine examined.
