Since you have boney aches in many parts of the body, it would be worth checking your vitamin D level and blood uric acid level.
If they are abnormal, appropriate treatment would give relief.

Thank you for your answer. I know my vit. D level is ok, so I will pursue the Uric acid level. What should I not eat or drink in the meantime?
Question #2, this morning I noticed blood in my urine and it is quite painful to urinate. What does this mean? Thank you for your answer.

Uric acid is the metabolite of nucleoprotein. Avoid red meat, organ meat , fatty fish and alcohol now. Normal coffee can be drunk but avoid aerated, caffeinated beverages.
Painful urination can occur with urinary infection or crystalluria . It would be good to have your urine examined.
