Dehydration and low electrolytes
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I was be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. You will need to continue rosavel f - The normal levels would be due to exercises, weight control, diet and additionally rosavel f medication.
2. Pain in the calves could be due to abnormal footwear, dehydration or low potassium (cramps)
3. You need to improve hydration with at least 4-5 litres of water per day. Also change in foot wear is necessary if it was recently changed and could be cause of pain - thick heels.
4. Get serum potassium and calcium levels checked. If its abnormal, will require correction. Potassium rich diet like banana, avocadas, nuts etc is necessary for dietary improvement. For starting medication, blood test confirmation necessary.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
