Brief Answer:
Lumbosacral spine conditions to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

In your case, conditions related to your lumbosacral spine such instability (spondylolysthesis), spinal canal stenosis (from large herniated disc disease for example) should be considered and evaluated further.

It is necessary to get evaluated by a Neurologist or spine Specialist medically and to get imaging studies done ( dynamic x-rays, MRI of your lumbosacral spine ) to get a correct diagnosis.

Treatment depends on examinations results.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
