Brief Answer:
Prostate inflammation can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms can be caused by urinary tract infection as well as prostate inflammation. Prostate inflammation can give occasional burning and pain in the rectal area, blood in semen, blood in urine.
It is strongly advisable for you to consult urologist. PSA level should be checked, rectal examination performed as well as urine analysis. In some cases such symptoms can appear due to prostate cancer.
That is why you should not wait with it.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
