Apply hot packs to the affected region of cramps. Drink a glass of Lemonade everyday. Drink 6 glasses of water daily. Avoid caffeine, colas, smoking and alcohol.

Excessive urination can be due to infection, Diabetes, excess water intake.

Do get tested for Diabetes. If you have burning sensation on passing urine, it could be a urinary infection. Drink cranberry juice for the same.
