Brief Answer:
This maybe due to deficiency of calcium and D3

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I can understand your condition.

Cramps are common problem in above 50 years of age. i think you are having deficiency of calcium and D3. This is causing weak muscles and cramping.I have following suggestions for you.
1.Get your serum vitamin D3 and B12 level.
2.Take Carnisure (levocarnitine) tablet one daily to make your muscles stronger.
3.Take a glass of salt whenever you have cramps. Increase your salt intake, Avoid sweating.
4.Avoid certain foods like rice, pulses. Take plenty of milk, paneer, chicken.
5.Tablet calcium 1000 mg daily and 60000 unit vitamin D 3 per week for six weeks.

I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks

Brief Answer:
you need to take egg and dairy products

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
if you can not take milk then you should take egg, fish, chicken.
Serum B12 and vitamin D are blood tests. If you test your blood and your vitaminD and B 12 are low, then you need to take vitamin D and B12 as per doses advised by me.
Paneer is a milk product.( cottage cheese ).
