Brief Answer:
Hi I would recommend the following.

Detailed Answer:
Dear mam,

I did review your concern. Low hemoglobin in people with RA and chronic inflammatory conditions can be due to varied reasons. One of the common cause is anemia of chronic disease. However, we need to rule out other causes also. So the best way to move forward is to do a detailed review of your recent blood report (Complete with RBC indices) and also iron studies if done. Can you please upload the report that is available so that I can analyse and advise you regarding the cause, future tests to be done and what are the possible treatment options you can take.

Awaiting your reply with reports.
Let me know if you have any more concerns mam.
Sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai
