Brief Answer:
If the pain is not well controlled, adjusting the dose would be a great ide

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain after the knee replacement surgery which is not well controlled. I understand your concern and it is certainly not acceptable for you to live with severe pains and more so when we have good drugs.

Norco and tramadol are good medications. There might be a problem with the dosage or frequency. I will like to make sure you are taking the drug as required for best results. Tramadol should be taken every 6hours and Norco as well. If you are not taking it this often, I will suggest you take it 6hourly(4times per day). I will only suggest increasing the dosage or adding a new medication after this must have been done.

These medications can cause severe constipation. Please, eats enough fruits, vegetables and fibers to prevent this. Also, taking laxatives would be a good idea.

I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
