Question: I've been experiencing extreme itching on my inner thighs and behind my knee caps with no rash. The difference in my diet has included using swerve sweetener as well as apple cider vinegar diluted in 8 oz. of water. Other than that, there have been no other changes in my habits. The itching is not caused by dry skin.

Brief Answer:
Pruritus, Antihistaminic and Cortisone cream.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

According to your complaints you seem to be having pruritus.
Do you have any ailments or taking any medicines?
I would recommend you to take anti-histamins like tablet Cetrizine twice daily and apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days.

If the itching doesn’t improve in a week’s time go for routine blood tests like complete blood count, thyroid function tests, liver function tests, kidney function tests and fasting blood sugar levels to find out the cause of this itching.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
