Question: I'm a 48 yr old male and I get hot flashes really bad what could the problem possibly be i have no fever but I am a diabetic but I check my levels when this happens Ns its not low

The most common reasons for hot flashes are Vit D deficiency and thyroid dysfunction, I recommend that you get it checked on your next visit with the general physician.
However the other reason in you could be autonomic dysfunction, it is seen in long standing diabetic patients.
