Brief Answer:
Acute Sinusitis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

After going through the history, I am of the opinion that your daughter could be suffering from acute sinusitis.

In this condition, Tylenol sinus alone may not be sufficient.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Give her plenty of warm water to drink.
2. Encourage her to do steam inhalation.
3. Try giving the OTC pain relievers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac.
4. Try giving her mucolytic such as Ambroxol or bromhexine which comes under the various brand names. This helps in relieving sinus blockage.
5. Use saline nasal spray as frequently as possible.
6. Avoid chilled food or beverages/coffee.

Hope with the above measures she should be alright. If she doesn't get better with the above medications and measures within 3-4 days consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and administration of antibiotics.

Revert back to me if you have any follow up queries.
