Brief Answer:
Possibly pain induced dizziness

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Pain is known induce dizziness. Hope her stomach cramps is no more, which could have been the cause. Severe pain can lead people to loss of consciousness. At present, as it was manageable, she had mild dizziness. Stress could have decreased her ability to manage pain and dizziness, relaxation is essential.
2. Blood pressure variation especially low can cause severe dizziness and usually fall. As she was able to move, it could be only due to pain.
3. This dizziness might have pulled down the temperature, which required warmth.
4. Nothing related to cardiac cause. If there are recurrent episodes without pain, then postural hypotension may require evaluation. Hope her blood pressure is under control.
Need to relax, and maintain good hydration.

Hope it helps.
