Brief Answer:
Thoughts on this

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I will assume her dizziness is the light headed type rather than the room spinning type?

I would not recommend baby aspirin for this. It will not help it and is not a good idea. If she is in a lot of pain, Tylenol is reasonable, but it will not help light headedness or panic attacks. However, if she is in a lot of pain, she should go to the doctor to find out what the cause is.

Light headedness can happen during pregnancy. It can also happen with panic attacks which you described is happening with her.

If she is light headed along with shortness of breath, then she should go in to the ER to make sure there isn't something more serious going on.

Is she light headed all of the time, or just after standing up quickly? Or after standing for a long time? Or is it more associated with feelings of panic?
