Brief Answer:
Yes medicine needs to be increased

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist from Fortis Hospital.
Persistent readings of 155/100 is high for your father. Olkem AM is a good drug & you can increase the dose to 40/5mg or you can give plain Tab Olkem 20mg in the evening which will control the surge in bp. Depression medications can be continued as before. Decrease his salt intake in food & monitor the bp regularly.
His bp will be fine soon.
I hope i answered your query, if you have any further question, I'll be very happy to help.
Thanks
Take care
