There can be deficiency of vitamin D and Calcium

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
i have studied your case and I can understand your condition. Cramps are common problem in above 50 years of age. i think you are having deficiency of calcium and D3. This is causing weak muscles and cramping.I have following suggestions for you.
1.Get your serum D3 and B12 level.
2.Take Carnisure tablet one daily to make your muscles stronger.
3.Take a glass of salt whenever you have cramps.
4.Avoid certain foods like rice, pulses. Take plenty of milk, paneer, chicken.
5.Tablet calcium 1000 mg daily and 60000 unit vitamin D 3 per week for six weeks.

I have been on a rx vitamin D of the amount you prescribed as well as calcium.
I don't know what carnisure or paneer is or even where I could find them. I will certainly give them a try if you could point me in the direction
