Brief Answer:
He should drink much water. Can you measure his blood pressure?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I suspect he might be dehydrated. He needs to drink much water and eat as well. For now, let him take some rest and avoid walking as his balance might not be the best. He should review the home temperature and make sure it is not set high at night during sleeps as this leads to sweating and dehydration. Finally, give him pepto-bismol if the nausea persists.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be. Keep me updated on his response.
