Brief Answer:
Need to rule out many conditions b4 assuming worms to be the cause ma'am

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. i do understand that taking into consideration your recent contact, you are suspecting worms to be the prime cause, but based on your symptoms there are numerous conditions that can be causing your presentation.

For example:

+Gastric ulcers
+Hyperacidity
+Acid reflux
+Hiatus hernia
and a few others.

I would recommend a visit to your doctor who would like to conduct a few investigations, but in the meantime you can go ahead with a few over-the-counter medications like:

+Omeprazole (one tablet to be taken 15 minutes before each meal)
+Drink plenty of fluids
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid fried food, fatty food, spicy food, oily food
+Avoid smoking
+Avoid alcohol
+Avoid stress
+Also try to drink an energy drink once in a while which can help replenish lost fluids through the slightly copious stools

Many gastrointestinal conditions can cause the presentation you are experiencing, but if you are in such discomfort this could be something that requires medical attention now.

I hope you can visit a doctor for the attention you need. I would recommend blood investigations, along with an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, etc; these investigations will shed a lot of light on the probable cause. But I would also like to say that there is no harm in taking a prophylactic course of anti-helminthics drugs.

Best wishes.
