Question: Hi
I have noticed that I have a sensitive area on my scalp upper forehead LHS. No symptoms other that when I lightly touch the area it activates a sharp pain which stops immediately I don't touch the area.

I understand your concern.
You possibly seem to have hyperalgesia.
For this a short trial of analgesics like Pregabalin 75mg under medical prescription,twice a day for 7 days will be helpful.
Meanwhile a complete dental evaluation and Neurology work up for Migraine has to be carried.
For this I advise you to consult a Neurologist in person for physical examination.
