Brief Answer:
Common with vomiting.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having sensation of lump in throat.

Foreign body sensation, pain or obstruction in throat is quite common after vomiting episode due to mucosal injury.

I suggest you to continue over the counter ppi inhibitor with pro kinetic combination pan- d (pantoprazole with domperidone) twice daily before food (half an hour prior) and tab. multivitamin once daily for healing of mucosal injury.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
