Brief Answer:
Suggest MRI and EEG

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your query. I think I would be able to help you.

True seizure is triggered by many stimuli. However, I would suggest that you test her with a MRI brain and EEG.

This will help tell us about some possible cause.

She may have lactose intolerance also and in that case she should avoid milk products absolutely.

Anti epileptics may be needed. However, since they are a prescription drugs, I suggest meeting a neurologist.

A visit to a neurologist is indicated for seizures.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.

Dr. Mittal: The problem began 2 weeks ago with some sausage we presumed (afterwards) to be "bad". She reacted with symptoms similar to Anaphylaxis and/or shock. This has occurred several times - maybe six - in the last two weeks. Some reactions are more severe then others. After a period of time, up to an hour or so, she starts to resume her normal health patterns, albeit a slow recovery. The best I can describe her symptoms is like a food poisoning and/or a severe toxic reaction. Her pulse has returned to normal, but she did have an occurrence of severe diarrhea about 30 minutes ago. She is slowly recovering, but do you have any other suggestions? Thank you... XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Need clear information

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I suggest you tell me the exact symptoms rather than telling your diagnosis like seizures, anaphylaxis and food poisoning. I would be able to understand this problem better through good description of events than your diagnosis.
I surmise from the query that she has had loosestools with possible breathlessness and discomfort. The non veg food is known to cause bacterial infections when not well cooked or if old food.

I usually suggest a course of antibiotics that may help her. However, since the antibiotics are most effective when intravenous, I suggest meeting a local physician.

I would suggest that if this doesn't help, you please tell me the symptoms rather than your impression.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
