Brief Answer:
some investigations are needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
It will be helpful if you provide more information like :-
1. Do you also have fever ?
2. Any change in bowel habits like frequency and consistency of the motions ?
3. Any burning sensation in urine ?
4. Is the pain constant or spasmodic in nature ?
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor.
Following investigations may be helpful :-
1. Stool examination.
2. Urine examination ( Routine / Microscopic and Culture / Sensitivity ).
3. Ultrasound of abdomen with emphasis on appendix.
4. Complete Blood Count ( CBC ).
Your reply to the above queries and reports of the above mentioned investigations will help in planning further medical management.
Till then, you should drink lots of water daily. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Avoid spicy and oily foods.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
