Brief Answer:
Start with Cardiologist ...

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

See a CARDIOLOGIST first –
Generally, some suggestive leads are gathered from history – the nature of pain, exact location, duration and severity, precipitating and relieving factors, associated symptoms and so on…

If the routine investigations are normal, the next step is to go for a stress test… TMT – Treadmill exercise ECG (may be with thallium isotope) – to evaluate ischemia (reduced blood flow / Coronary Artery Disease)

If that is normal, a CT chest may be necessary – to evaluate the lungs
A Pulmonologist is the relevant specialist…

If no clues still, a Gastro-enterologist - he may do endoscopy to evaluate the oesophagus (food pipe), stomach and so on…

A Rheumatologist or Orthopaedician will be the next step…

If still elusive, Psychiatric assessment and assistance may shed light

Discuss with your doctor... The treating doctor can suggest based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Good luck

Brief Answer:
Likely local muscle pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi

The description is not suggestive of a specific problem like heart or lung… Probably it is from chest wall muscle. It does not sound serious – yet, because of the age, it is wiser to et investigated

The medicines are directed for symptomatic relief of pain and also for stomach…
Aribzol is rabeprazole // Sombraz D is also similar (esomeprazole and Domperidone) – given for stomach – ulcer and reflux and so on // Divon-P is symptomatic pain relief (Diclofenac & Paracetamol)
Unistar 150 is rosuvistatin 10mg and asprin 150 – for cholesterol and prevention of clotting from platelet clumping // Ezact (90 mg) Etoricoxib – for muscle pain

I had mostly worked abroad and I have no idea of doctors or hospital in MP or Gujarat/ or the expenses that may be incurred… Any good tertiary care multispecialty hospital can do these things
Your GP (family doctor) can give a reference.

Regards
