What Causes Redness On Urethra After Ejaculation?
Question: I have redness around uretha which fades in days then come back when I ejaculate. I have been told by uroligist that is yeast caused by moisture. Applied prescribed cream but it does not seem to help. What are causes of this redness?

I read your question and i understand your concern. Urethritis also called inflammation of urethra is commonest cause of this urethral redness / erythema and the commonest etiology for this redness is fungal infections mostly yeast. Moisture, overly active sebaceous sweat glands of penile urethra and sexually active lifestyle with prenis and urethra prone to friction induced inflammation and redness.
All you need to do is modify coital and toilet habits. Adapt a good hygiene and avoid sweating of genitals . Wear loose undergarments and and keep the area hair free. Abstain from any self touching or coitus for a while. When you intimate try to use lubricants to reduce friction. Stay protected and apply the topical anti fungals and steroid creams to relieve the inflammation. Always use barrier device as contraception and no oral or ano oral or any way of intimacy.
