Question: I have epidid yetis and I noticed that my testicles are very red and the outer layer of skin sloughed off like dandruff. What's up

I am so sorry to hear about this infection. It is likely that this represents an extension of the infection from the prostate. I think that your drugs are not active against the germs causing the infection. I will recommend that you return and talk to your doctor. personally, I will like that a culture be done and the exact germ identified. Also, the antibiotics that would be able to control this infection would also be determined. This would help in managing this infection.

I will like too see you handle this as an emergency. If you cannot see your doctor within 24hours, then going to the ER would not be a bad idea.
