What Causes Redness And Tingling Sensation In The Tongue?

Question: Right hand side of tongue is red and different colour to left side. Tongue bleeds when I brush teeth. Doctor says tongue is healthy but I'm not convinced as tip is also red and tingling. It's very annoying as you think the worst as well?
