Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If you were taking steroids with levaquin then its unlikely that its an allergic reaction as steroids are usually used as immune suppressants and anti inflammatory medications.

Photosensitivity reaction is possible with corticosteroid use. Local application of sunblock and moisturizer can be advised in this regard after examining the skin.

The eyes need to be examined for possibility of an infection. Treatment can be advised accordingly with topical antibiotics if required.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
