Brief Answer:
Seems like Gum abscess..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a small indent on the gum over the tooth that was painful initially as well as painful on bushing seems like a gum abscess that can occur due to injury to the gum caused by any had food or tooth bush bristle that can led to deep stuffing of bacteria in the gums and leading to formation of a small abscess..

You need not to panic as there seems nothing very serious..

I would like to known a few more details before I can guide you further towards the treatment..
1.Since how many days is it present?
2.Did you take any medication for the same?
3.Is it still painful?
4.Is there any pus or bleeding from the gums?
If possible send an image of the region of the lesion for a better understanding..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
