Brief Answer:
Sun screen, lactocalamine with alovera for faster recovery

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM.

I have going through your query and picture, sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

In the picture uploaded I am not able to appreciate it. As such the freckles are harmless, the change that has occurred may be due to over exposure to sunlight.

I would advice you to use sunscreen with SPF30 when you are in sun, you can use of wide-brimmed hats, avoidance of the peak sun hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., seeking shade and staying indoors will be helpful. It is better if you use lactocalamine with alovera at night or when you are away from direct sun for faster results.

This measures should reduce your symptom, you should be fine, it is better if you see dermatologist for your own satisfaction, I don't think based on the picture it is anything serious, relax

Take care.
