Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to Health Care Magic.
My name is Dr Muhammad Ahmad & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way.I have seen the picture closely and want to assure you that this DOES NOT look anything worth getting worried for.

Here i will talk about possibilities.

1- Most probably that is hair follicle infection or inflammation spot... Sometimes our hair roots get infected , body later on recovers from it and sometimes infection gets settled itself without being noticed and without any intervention, it just leaves a spot which goes away with time.

2- Hair follicle active infection , it usually keeps happening and getting settled by itself without much irritation and alarm symptoms even in healthy people, in sub clinical forms it might not be painful or itchy.

3- Bug bites:

Though a remote possibility but it happens specially in people exposed to bugs like hunters, or people living in large green homes and green areas... they may also settle down without any irritation and pain leaving just spots with no itch.

4- Hemangiomas:

It is a benign expansion or small artery , it is a remote possibility but i am mentioning it for you better understanding.

5- Can it be STD(just mentioning it to address you concern ,if any)

These spots DO NOT look like any STD known to man so if even for a minute you thought about possibility of an STD , i would assure you that in my opinion it does not seem to be the case.

SUGGESTIONS:

1- Keep a close look if they don't increase in number , don't itch pain or expand, You don't have to worry.

2- You can use Gentamicine skin ointment just as a caution if infection is there.

3- If they increase in number or show any symptom or increase in size consult a dermatologist.

4- Keep a good hygiene.

5- Don't panic it doesn't look like anything dangerous.

6- If there can be exposure to bugs , you can do something about it.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

These spots are expected to fade away soon. There is very little possibility that they may get aggravated.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Brief Answer:
It can no way be shingles.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing back,

You must have noted that i didn't give shingles a spot even in remote possibilities, it's because the spots shown in picture can NO WAY be shingles,

There is a very peculier and definite character of shingles

1- They are NOT randomly distributed, they are distributed in the area supplied by the nerve effected... you just have four random spots in distribution of 4 random nerves.

Other characters are

2- shingles pain like hell , most of the times.

3- their rash has numerous spots not just four..

4- moslty at waist area

5- moslty in shape of a belt around half abdomen or back.

I will like to encourage you to look at shingles pics at internet .

This in no way looks like shingles, re-shingles or any way close to it.

Hope this answered the question :) if you have more to say i am all ears, otherwise rate and close the discussion. Wish you health:)
