What Causes Red Spots On The Penis Head?
Question: I have red spots on my penis head and also it produces liquids, painless but the tip of the penis seems "bigger" than the usual, any helps would be appreciated.

I understand this can be very disturbing. However, no real worries for now.
Have you had any recent history of unprotected sexual intercourse? If so, this might imply a sexually transmitted infection, generally viral like Herpes. In case of recent unprotected sex, it might be of interest to screen for HIV. IN case no, no worries.
I suggest you keep the penis dry and use cotton pants. Do you experience any pain while urinating? If not, this might indicate there is no associated urinary tract infection.
The wound for the nature of the penis at this point in time might not warrant the use of antibiotics.
Cotton pains and keeping clean and dry, observing for a few days should be sufficient. In case of mild to moderate pain, simple analgesics should be grossly sufficient.

is there any special meds to take? this is so frustating and sometimes it itch on the pubic area

You might just need to watch out for any pus you might notice and see your doctor.
