Aftet sex my penis head become red red dots. Its look like blood will come out. Morning it become less but still its there.

But based on the information, I feel it is nothing serious, it is due to friction which results during sexual activity.
It will be better if you can use lubricant during intercourse or even little bit more foreplay which will increase the vaginal secretions will be helpful.
Presently I would suggest you to wash it with cool water and with mild soap like dermadew or dove. Wear a loose fitting cotton undergarments. Apart from this I don't think you need anything else.
