What Causes Red Spots On Penis Post Unprotected Sex?

Question: H Im 25 years old , 2 days ago I had unprotected sex... Now I see 3 dark(brown, red) spots on my penis head! They are painless, dry like is going to peel... Wrinkled spots... Im pretty scared... Please help, How do I treat that? Is it STD?

I understand your concern and situation.

I see nothing much to worry as you observed these red dots are 2 to 3 days after sexual intercourse. I does not appear to be infectious. It appears like a superficial skin irritation which may have caused this. It is suggested that you must maintain the genital hygiene and wash the area with a mild and bland cleanser and do not manipulate the area. This does not sound like this should be worrying you immensely. Observe for few more days for any redness, any swelling or discharge which require immediate evaluation by a dermatologist.
