What Causes Red Spots On Penis Along With Stinging Sensation On Tip Of Penis?
Question: I am uncircumsized and on11/5 i started having anstinging sensation on the inside tip of my penis along with pain on my lower abdomen, achy red testicles that are always sagging and swell up from time to time and comes with a tingling sensation. I would get red spots on my penis that would come and go in a day or two that were painless. Doctor said that was normal. I got tested on 11/17. Results came back negative for genital herpes and all other stds but positive for oral herpes. It is now 12/3 and i still have the same pain. I have no pain urinating, masterbating, or having sex. My doctor said theres no infection or hernia although it feels like a hernia and Ive had lower back issues for years since I lift. He said it could be my nerves and the constant depression that I have that causes this. He prescribed a hydrocortisone cream 2.5%. I looked inside the tip and dont see a sore or blister anwhere and have not had any around my penis either. I have never had such a feeling and its been constant from the day it started.
Also when having oral herpes and have no sores or blisters is it safe for oral sex, i do not want to pass on this virus and cause genital herpes. My doctor who I do not trust said its rare to pass on if nothing is visible or present.
Im am losing sleep and have high anxiety and depression becuase I need answers. Any suggestions on what this can be or my next step can be?

Your penis appeared to be absolutely normal in the picture.
The scrotal skin seems slightly reddish. Probably due to some external applications or due to some other irritations like sweat or soaps etc.
Red spots on penis appearing and disappearing could be due to allergic reactions to condom, genital discharge or mild yeast infections etc. Regular washing with plain water will help in curing the same. If it follows sex contact, the partner should be examined and treated for yeast infection.
Regarding your tingling sensations over the tip of penis might be due to
1. Trichomonas infestation -Partner should be examined and to be treated you both simultaneously.
2. It may be due to your anxiety and fear for STD as your doctor told.
3. Very rare possibility is Prodromal symptom of Herpes infection can be present with tingling sensation. In some individuals manifestation may not appear and remain in prodromal stage itself for long time. A course of Acyclovir could relieve the symptom.
Without manifestations also oral herpes may be infectious due to viral shedding especially prior to a fresh attack of recurrence or follows after healing of an attack for few days.
