Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I understand your concern.

As per details, the most likely possibility for the blister you mentioned about is due to a condition called Herpes progenitalis. It is viral infection of skin involving the genitalia. It is characterised by fluid filled lesions on erythematous base associated with burning sensation or pain or itch mostly. The blister usually erodes in a day or two followed by crust formation and healing in 7-10days.
The condition has high tendency of recurrence and relapse.

The red bumps that have developed recently may be due to Herpes itself or may be fungal infection.
I would like to know following details -
1 ) On what site have you developed red spots?
2) Do you have Diabetes Mellitus?
3) Any other medications taken?

Bathing soap may cause Allergic contact dermatitis but it seems to be unlikely in your case.
Kindly reply to my questions and upload images of the rash so that I can actually visualize the lesions and advice you accordingly.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
herpes progenitalis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back. The msot likely possibility is of Herpes progenitalis only. The treatment for Herpes is preferably started within 24-48hours of onset of rash. Still it would have been better if you could attach photographs of the rash.
You should visit your doctor for proper clinical examination.
You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps. Take care.
