What Causes Red Rashes On Legs And Groin Area?

Question: I have a pin point rash on my legs and near the groin area. It has been appearing and reapperaing for a year. I think sweat and heat triggers it, sometimes it last for 10 hours, sometimes days. Its not really red, more skin colored. what is it?

After reviewing your query I can make out that you probably have "Intertrigo" or simply saying mixed or fungal infection of the affected area.
