Question: I have pimple like bumps in my scalp and above my one eye that same eye is red and swollen that side of my face is swollen and my gland is swollen same side the pimple like bumps sting and my face is tingly what should i do?

Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed folliculitus of scalp.
This leads to swelling of surrounding glands.
I usually treat such cases with oral antibiotics.
A combination of amoxicillin and potassium clavunate will be best.
