Brief Answer:
oral and topical antibiotics and calamine lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the pictures.
From the review of pictures, it seems like your daughter is having miliaria with periporitis.
Miliaria is nothing but blockage of sweat ducts due to excessive sweat and when there is bacterial infection in some of those ducts it leads to boils also known as periporitis.
I would recommend following protocol in such cases:
1. Oral antibiotic like cefadroxyl in dosage of 10mg/kg given twice a day for 5 days.
2. Apply antibiotic cream containing fusidic acid thrice a day over red inflamed boils.
3. On top of antibiotic apply liberal amount of calamine lotion over neck and back to provide soothing effect.
4. Give cold water bath twice a day and cold sponging over affected areas 2-3 times a day.

I am sure she will be fine in few days with above protocol.
Let me know if you require any assistance from my side.
Take care
Dr Hardik Pitroda
