Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understood your concern.
These red spots could be either due to some allergy or fungal infection.
I would advise you to apply CLOTRIMAZOLE ointment locally twice a day and take some anti allergic oral medication like Benadryl capsule.
Both are OTC products and easily available.
See the response in next 4-5 days.
In case no improvement,then you may consult a dermatologist for proper assessment and treatment.
