Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of scabies

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query. I have also reviewed the images.

I would keep a tentative diagnosis of scabies. I would like to treat you with a single dose of Oral Ivermectol. You may repeat the dose after 1 week.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
Topically you may use a steroid+antibiotic combination ointment, twice daily for a few days.

The itching is not bad. It is more of a stinging pain when the bumps first appear. I am satisfied with the answer.

Brief Answer:
I would like to treat you empirically for scabies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

After going through the image the first thing that came to my mind was scabies.
Itchy bumps on abdomen leaving behind dark spots is common in scabies.

If you were at my clinic I would have definitely treated you empirically for scabies.
I also suggest you to apply a topical steroid+antibiotic combination cream, twice daily at the spots.

An OTC oral antihistamine would provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
