What Causes Red Irritated Bumps On Penis?
Question: I have all these tiny red bumps on my penis . And my tip of penis very red and irritated . Didnt have sex with random woman but did recieve oral . My penis doesnt itch just these red bumps . Should i be concerned ?

But through oral sex also none can get certain infections. Herpes and yeast infection can easily be acquired through oral sex.
The red bumps on your penis and redness and irritation over the tip could possibly be due to yeast infection or an allergic reaction to saliva itself as per the pictures sent by you. Nothing serious. It can be treated easily. Consult your Dermatologist. Within a week time you will be alright. Try to have protection during oral sex also.
