Brief Answer:
Herpes zoster

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Though an image would have been helpful, Shingles i.e Herpes zoster eruption in a typical thoracic dermatomal distribution should be treated. There can be initial paresthesia, itching and full blown painful vesicles may appear later. Anti viral treatment with valacyclovir or famcyclovir should be initiated within 72 hours or else there is little benefit and increased chances of prolonged post herpetic neuralgia.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
