Brief Answer:

Kindly upload a better image.

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image but it is not very clear.

Perhaps it is just a folliculitis or an acneform eruption. I request you to kindly upload another image without camera flash.

Hi!

It seems like a acneform eruption. I suggest you to use a topical antibacterial e.g either Mupirocin cream Or Fusidic acid cream Or Neosporin ointment.
