Question: I have red dots on my pelvis area and bikini line. They dont itch and seem to go away with hydrocortosine cream.

Perhaps it is just a folliculitis or an acneform eruption. I request you to kindly upload another image without camera flash.

It seems like a acneform eruption. I suggest you to use a topical antibacterial e.g either Mupirocin cream Or Fusidic acid cream Or Neosporin ointment.
