What Causes Red Bumps On Cheek After Dermaroller Treatment?
Question: sir/mam, i have undergone dermaroller treatment yesterday for mild acne scars. initially my face was red. but after 6-7 hrs my skin colour became normal. but i am left with few red bumps of my left cheek only. please guide me for the following:
1) can i continue using retino a 0.05, i m using it for more than 5 months daily. as i have undergone dermaroller treatment yesterday, can i use it from today?
2) my face had very minor white heads/bumps. but after dermaroller my whiteheads are very much visible and skin texture is looking very odd. what shall i do?
3)for post acne management and not to increase scars/face holes, what shall i follow?

2) You should was your face frequently with plain water. You may also use some face scrub or face wash a occasionally.
3) The fine needle holes are to stimulate collagen deposition. The holes will fill up. You need not worry. Be patient. Acne is due to oily skin and you need to reduce the oiliness. Washing frequently with plain water is the best solution.

Try to gentry squeeze and see if the white heads come out. Adhesive tape method may be tried. Other than these, washing face with plain water is all you need to do. Whiteheads are collections of sebum, an oily secretion of the skin. When the mouth of these glands gets blocked with dirt and when they get infected, acne result. That is the reason of my suggesting frequent washing of the face.

whiteheads dont come out after squezzeing also. i tried it after steaming my face, then also it didnt came. face remains red after that.
