Brief Answer:
Skin scrapping examination advised further

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

From the photo you sent in, my very first thought is toward poison ivy or any other allergy reaction.

However, as this has been going on for 2 months already, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run an examination of skin scrapping to rule out fungal infection.
In such cases, antifungal treatment is required.

If nothing will be found, then, most probably contact dermatitis.

Hope it was of help.

Dr. Albana ,

Thanks for your response and I would tend to believe the antifungal treatment would be more of an answer than a non working cream, so when I see my doctor Wednesday about other things I will show him your response.

Thank you and have a nice day XXXXXXX
