What Causes Recurring Pain In Rectum And Discomfort Scrotum?

Question: my question is about pain in the perineum or the rectum. ive been experiencing pain for almost 7 weeks on and off. had 2 prostate exams, blood work (only low vit D), and counseling. all after inserting a toy 5-6" length and 2" diameter into my rectum. stopped after a couple minutes but damage was already done. have been told there is no visible damage. did feel a pop/strain between anus and scrotum when lifting 40 lbs the following day. only tylenol and or xanax has helped pain. ice or heat too. usually hurts hours after ejaculating or exercise. Im afraid that its not getting better and pain med is only way to help it. Can you suggest anything?

Brief Answer:
Further tests are needed..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

To evaluate the damages that have been already set, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run following examinations:
- sigmoidoscopy
- transrectal EUS

then we can talk about definite solution.
