What Causes Recurring Pain And Swelling On Shin Area Along With Bruising Post Injury?
Question: On 03/11/15 I fell and smacked my right shin extremely hard. Over the next few days I had some swelling, but it went down. Now, over the last 4 days, the pain is back and the swelling comes and goes as well as bruising now around the ankle as well as the instep. Bruising still on the shin too. Could I have an infection?

A combination of Naproxen and Ibuprofen is not good as this can cause severe stomach pain and bleeding. I recommend you replace Naproxene with tylenol at doses recommended by your pharmacist.
In all, unlikely to be an infection but would like to review an image to make sure there is nothing I am missing out on at this time.
